2010 CSAP Testing

It’s CSAP time again for our 3rd, 4th and 5th grade students!  Click on the link below in order to see the complete 2010 CSAP Schedule.  Here are a few tips to help students be at their best on test days:

* Go to bed on time - a good night’s sleep refreshes us which makes us mentally sharper.

* Eat well - Food is the fuel that our brains need in order to operate. A good breakfast is especially important. Students who eat a good breakfast have better focus and attention.

* Be positive - These tests are an opportunity for you to “show what you know.” Don’t be overly anxious about test scores, but take them seriously and do your best.

* Be on time - Avoid being rushed the morning of a test. Getting to school on time will give you some time to relax and get settled.

If you feel your child needs help in dealing with stress, please call Mr. Williams, School Counselor, at 247-4250, ext. 3304. There are many ways to help your child lower his/her stress and feel confident about doing their best.
